Heart... the Bucs have it...

Wow... I was ready to post a blog prior to this game, but had to travel last second and was unable to post it... boy was I off...

I expected the Bucs D to hold the Chiefs to under 17 Pts, And to win this game by 11 in a fairly easy fashion... but boy was this a game..

Garcia showed that he thrives under pressure when healthy, and Antonio Bryant is getting the love he deserves for spectacular grabs that got the team back in it.  So many areas of the Bucs team that dont get attention contributed to this win.  Special Teams/RBs/TEs/5th string receivers... awesome....

The D cant be perfect all the time... and this game was one of those 'imperfect' days... but we got a W and that is all that matters!!!

Go Bucs!!!!

I agree... Bears/Vikings/Chiefs... oh my... but it just shows how much guts the entire team has... defensively, offensively, special teams, coaching... all have been showcased well... improvements only make it easier... Gruden is going to not let up against Detroit... I love that guy...

This game scared the crap out of me, and I want to give props to alex smith that was a nice catch for the two point conversion. Oh, And how is Clifton Smith looking! I like him a lot as a return man.

I think our early turnovers hurt us.  Giving them good field position.  It sure didn't help that we let them drive down the field and score a TD on their first possession either.  That just gave them all the confidence they needed.  They gas tank just went dry with about 5 mins left in the first half when Clifton Smith took it to the house.  The air was out of the Chiefs tires and it showed the rest of the game.

I don't know how many more of these types of games my heart can take!
