Angels' flight makes emergency landing at LAX

The Los Angeles Angels' team charter made an emergency landing at Los Angeles International Airport, reports CBS Los Angeles.

The plane, which carried 51 people aboard, made a safe landing after being diverted from John Wayne Airport due to hydraulic problems. The Angels' announcer, Victor Rojas, tweeted the news, saying that the flight crew was concerned about the ability to come to a full stop safely.

The Angels were returning from Kansas City after a walkoff, 2-0 loss to the Royals earlier Wednesday.
