Matthew Stafford's back at practice since the first game of the season, when a shoulder injury against the Bears knocked him out for about six week.
That's according to Chris McCosky of the Detroit News, and as not horrible as Shaun Hill's been, it's good news for the Lions, since after their game against the Giants this weekend, they get a bye week.
Don't expect to see him at all in the game this week, barring an injury to Hill, but it seems like a safe bet that he'll garner the starting job in Detroit's next game, providing he's healthy enough.
Considering how close the Lions have been to having one more than one win on the year, it seems like Detroit, if Stafford can play at a high level, suddenly poses a pretty big threat to teams that believe they had a freebie week.
