Meth labs are about as prevalent in the South as cheese grits, so it's not a huge deal when the cops bust one. Unless Brandi Favre, the sister of Brett Favre, is in the lab at the time, which she was according to a report on WLBT in Mississippi.

The local station reports that five individuals, including Brandi Favre, Brett's younger sister, were in a Diamondhead, Mississippi condo when Hancock County narcotics agents arrested them Wednesday. (And yes, this does kind of feel like piling on at this point, but until those retirement papers are filed, it's news.)

The report states that there was a drug buy spotted at a local gas station that led them to the location of the meth lab in a condo (which, based on my limited knowledge of meth labs -- largely generated by Breaking Bad -- is kind of a terrible place to have one), where the arrests were made and seven units were cleared out for safety purposes.

The charges for each individual haven't been released by the police yet, so it's entirely possible that Favre's younger sister was simply a victim of "wrong place/wrong time" circumstances.

Government can manufacture it themselves and sell it cheap. Might as well since the CIA introduced crack cocaine in the inner cities during the 80s with the hope of killing off a large portion of minorities there.
Just when I thought this post couldn't get sillier, here comes SlumpBuster.  Got anything like legitimate evidence and not some blog run by a conspiracy theorist?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Watch Cocaine Cowboys. A former US Army Soldier saw the cocaine loaded onto a CIA plane at Ollies Point in Costa Rica when they were dropping off computer equipment (During the whole Iran Contra thing) and then flew it back to LA, with Ollies Point being named after Olliver North. Its a BA surf spot featured on The Endless Summer 2. The cocaine was then handed over on consignment to a one freeway ricky ross who then in turn cooked it up into crack.  Looking at it from your point of view, how would some street thug from LA get vast quantities of pure blow back then? He didnt grow the coca leaves in Watts....
Brett Favre's sister arrested in meth bust
Got bored so I figured I'd pick out you to pick on, for my own amusement:
Farve's sister doesn't look like typical user, I thought meth freaks were skinny.
Not new meth freaks.
What's with NFL players and their relatives. Ed Reed brother stealing a car; what Ed didn't buy his bro a Bentley with all his money.
Don't these rich and famous athletes take care of their families financially, jeez
What's with people hearing about the actions of 2-3 athletes or their relatives and making generalizations about all athletes?
What's with people thinking they'd know what to do with the wealth and fame that comes with being an athlete when they don't have any personal experience of their own?
And this is front-page sports news because.....  ?
Favre's sister isn't a public figure.  This story qualifies as rank voyeurism and is more worthy of gossip rags.
