Sims-Walker no bones about wanting to join Fins

M. Sims-Walker
When free agency finally does open up, Mike Sims-Walker will be one of the most coveted wide receivers available. The 26-year-old was plagued by injury and inconsistency in his four years as a Jaguar, but he showed in 2009 that, when healthy and in rhythm, he’s one of the more dynamic possession targets in the game (he caught 63 passes for 869 yards that year).

So on which team does Sims-Walker hope to end up? His recent tweet was pretty revealing: “RT @BMarshall19: @MikeSimsWalker where r u taking ur talents?< I'm trying to pull a lebron *hint*”

Sims-Walker and current Dolphins wideout Brandon Marshall are best friends from their days together at Central Florida. The Dolphins could use a little more juice at the wide receiver position, but Sims-Walker probably wouldn’t be the best fit. His style of play is nearly identical to Marshall’s.

I guess the guy likes to lose. The Fins are a joke and won't be in the playoff's or Super Bowl for over a decade. It's a wasted worthless franchise. After Dan Marino retired the league should have closed down the Fins. Sims-Walker is a loser.

This is a perfect fit. Everyone knows tthat the wildcat ofence needs a ton of recievers. I know they have relied less upon it, but the threat of it is what runs thier game. And Chad Henne is not going to do any better with two sub par recievers than he already does. Invest in a d-backfield Miami. Trust me I know as a Seahawk fan. If you cant stop thm on 3rd down...you dont win the game.

you would have the T.O-ocho cinco tandem. dumb and dumber. marshall and sims walker are two- ALL about me recievers and if anybody thinks miami will be better adding butter hands they havent watched him.  reminds me of the poor mans (REAL POOR MANS) wade and lebron. lets reunite in miami!  college buddies that are only going to see who commits the first crime instead of the first TD. miami wont touch him. sims walker was a whiney baby with jax. whiney baby 1 and whiney baby 2!

Why are people calling Sims-Walker a posession receiver?  The guy runs a 4.3, man.

It doesn't matter if Miami adds another wide reciever , They still dont have a quarterback to lead the offense . Carson Palmer is definately an upgrade but that trade will more then likely cost the team way to much for a mid-level quarterback , if Palmer does become available. With the talent level in free agency , and the top college prospects  coming out this year  im not sure Miami has the oppurtunity to get the quarterback they need to become an elite football team . All of us miami fans can thank Nick the quitter Saban for trading for Culpepper and not Brees

I think if they were able to add Sims-Walker and Carson Palmer via trade as people are talking Miami would be a team to worry about

I don't see where Mike Simms-Walker would be a coveted free agent. He's decent, but very inconsistent. He proved that with the Jaguars last year. I don't think he'll make Brandon Marshall a better receiver in the Dolphins scheme. How many teams need a possession receiver anyway...you'd rather have someone who can stretch the field. Just ask the Falcons when they played the Packers.

i think they mean they wouldnt complement each other (ie a possesion reciever and speed reciever)

I can honestly say that's the first time I've ever heard anyone refer to Brandon Marshall as a possession receiver.
