Pat McAfee is the Colts punter. He gained some, um, notoriety for polar bear-ing last year, but his skills as a football player also drew plenty of praise. And perhaps, he should be kicking the field goals for the Colts too, because based on the video below, he's capable of smoking 75-yard field goals.
Yes, you WOULD think that this is a fake video. But McAfee, tweeting with yours truly, says it's real. And there's no real evidence of obvious tampering with the film. So maybe the dude just has a cannon strapped to his leg. (He was going to be a soccer player if the lockout continued, after all.)
And given the market we've seen for kickers this offseason, he should probably be pulling in about $5 million a year.

Hey maybe next time they're playing Denver in Mile High, have the wind at their back and try to hit it from 95. That would be insane!! Even if it was wide but had the distance would be remembered for a long time. |
