Daily Show, Colbert take on Hank Jr's comments

As you certainly know by now, Hank Williams, Jr., (aka "Bocephus") made some comments on a recent Fox and Friends interview in which he invoked Godwin's Law.

As a result, ESPN yanked his introduction for Monday Night Football, and there's no telling if he'll be back or not.

As a result of that both The Daily Show and The Colbert Report had a little "Bocephus segment" on Tuesday night.

Jon Stewart's reaction is a little surprising, if only because he's more offended by the celebrity-interviewing hypocrisy of having Williams on, and because he doesn't seem ... surprised.

Poor Stephen Colbert though. He simply wasn't even prepared for football on Monday without Hank to inform him that it was about to begin.

I love the way you libs all goose-step together.  Any "news" organization that doesn't live to make the Thug-in-Chief look good is "Faux News".  How cute!  How original!  How Goebbels-like!  I'm sure Stewart and Colbert will win a "journalism" award for their demonstrated ability to adhere to dogma.

Who is Jon Stewart? Colbert?

Ohhhhh....they're the ne'er-do-wells that are educating the simpletons.

And Hank Williams opinion matters to who?

There is a 50/50 chance the Democrats do not even nominate Obama for re-election at the DCON. Maybe YOU should be the one reading and paying attention. 50/50 at worst are the odds they bypass Obama for Hillary. His poll ratings suck and Hillary has highest polls of any candidate period.

Using the word Libtard just further solidifies the reality that is the sheeple nation to which you belong.  Let the Republican propoganda machine known as Faux News think for you some more.

Leave it to the Libtards to spin this story.  I am no Hank Williams fan, personally, I find Country music annoying. His words were taken totally out of context.  Make no comments, which can be construed as disparaging towards the Idiot-in-Chief else you risk being ostracized by the mainstream media as a racist.

Showing your complete ignorance and lack of research. He called both Obama and Boehner (aka mean Republican to you) dictators.... He said they were like two enemies playing together because both are out golfing and laughing it up while neither can work with each other for the good of all Americans who are out of work. Do some researcha nd watch the clip vice just how media spins it.

Haha! This is what most Americans are thinking? Hank didn't even know what he was thinking. The analogy was non-sense, which is typical for rednecks. Most American think Obama is Hitler, or something to that effect? No, afraid not. And as Stewart pointed out, did we expect anything different to come from Williams? This falls on his management or handlers. I could care less what Williams thinks, and liberals don't either, but ESPN sure does. And your crazy if you think any of the Republican candidates can beat Obama in an election at this point. They have a hard time speaking in complete sentences and tying their shoes. Wait until the real election debates start.

I love all these assholes and morons calling Hank a country retard and a hick, blah blah blah......so tell me how worthless you all feel knowing this hick and retard has more money and possessions than you would ever dream of obtaining in your worthless existences?  You think Hank gives two shits for what you idiots think of him?  Nope, sorry.  He is too busy adding to his checkbook balance everytime the interest on millions and millions of dollars rolls over.  So, basically, he called the dickhead in office Hitler, and was right.  Suck on it.
