After his team lost Super Bowl XLVI in which he played almost no role, Chad Ochocinco had quite a postgame hangover Monday morning. He had to be in Hamilton County court in Cincinnati in order to pay a fine for a tinted window violation and a driving under suspension infraction.

Wrote Ochocinco -- who recorded one catch for 21 yards vs. the Giants -- on his Twitter account Monday morning (with all sic’s included): “Court appearance done in Cincinnati, having to appear in court for window tint being to dark is a bit extreme, nonetheless no jail time.”

He was charged with the offenses last July, and he missed his court appearance Dec. 20. Judge Russell Mock continued the case until Monday, and there were no arrest warrants issued.

The Boston Herald, reporting that Ochocinco paid a $200 fine, asked Hamilton County bailiff Daniel Deters what Ochocinco looked like and he said, “Like he’d just lost the Super Bowl.”

If OchoSTINKO is still with the Pats next season I would really be surprised....Total non-factor during the entire season.
