Josh Freeman talks Bucs, lockout, FA's, Tiki

Posted by Will Brinson

Josh Freeman had a hell of a season in 2010, nearly leading the Buccaneers to the playoffs as Tampa Bay posted a surprising 10-win season.

We had a chance to catch up with the Bucs quarterback over the weekend at Nike's 7-on-7 tournament, "The Opening," and we asked him about the Bucs' future, how they're building long-term, whether he thinks Tiki Barber would be a good fit with the team, how he'd feel if the Bucs were spenders when it came to free agents and how he manages to keep cranking out fourth-quarter comebacks.

Okung, Suh coach up lineman at Nike's The Opening

Posted by Will Brinson

BEAVERTON, Ore -- As I mentioned yesterday, some kids were lucky enough to have Ndamukong Suh as their coach during Nike's 7-on-7 camp, "The Opening."

Some kids were also lucky enough to have Russell Okung coach them.

And these kids squared off in the lineman drills that took place on Friday, before the actual 7-on-7 games.

As you can see, the training paid off.

VIDEO: Suh trains youngsters at Nike 7 On event

Posted by Will Brinson

BEAVERTON, Ore -- The group of young men at the Nike complex in Oregon are here because they're extremely talented.

That skill has paid off handsomely because they're all receiving instruction from some pretty talented folks, like manchild defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh who, in the video below, gives Durham, N.C.'s Jamal Marcus some one-on-one instruction on how to penetrate the offensive line.

(Oh, and hey, I'll be posting lots of these vids at our YouTube account, so feel free to head on over and subscribe.)

Now, it's hard to hear exactly what Suh was saying because of my sick music overlay skills Nike had some dudes bumping sick tunes, but here's the gist:

Suh: "Pick any particular method of blocking me you want. No, go ahead. And then I'll show you proper technique for destroying that method."
