Pick-6 Podcast: Warrick Dunn, Week 14 film room

By Will Brinson & Ryan Wilson

It's the middle of the week which can only mean one thing: Andy Benoit joins the podcast to preview the upcoming slate of games, film-room style.

There's plenty to discuss as the playoff races heat up in both conferences. The Giants face the Cowboys in a matchup that could determine who wins the NFC East.(Although Dallas' schedule the rest of the way is markedly easier than New York's. Of course, who thought the Cards would beat the Cowboys in Week 13?)

And the Titans face the Saints in game Tennessee desperately needs to keep pace in the AFC South and in the wild-card race.

But that's not all!

We also talk to former NFL running back Warrick Dunn about his work with Crown Royal at the Cowboys-Giants get-together this weekend. We also get his thoughts on Michael Vick's comeback story, as well as the Eagles' struggles this season.

Warrick Dunn stopped by police for tinted windows

Posted by Ryan Wilson

Warrick Dunn played 12 NFL seasons and by the time he retired in 2008, he had rushed for nearly 11,000 yards and 64 touchdowns. But Dunn is probably better known for his contributions off the field, specifically the Warrick Dunn Family Foundation which, according to the website, is "dedicated to providing opportunities for economically disadvantaged single parents and children who have demonstrated a commitment to achieve financial independence and stability." Essentially, Dunn helps families become homeowners.

But last week police stopped Dunn outside Atlanta because the window tinting on his automobile was too dark. Dunn was also told that he fit the description of a criminal.

On Friday, Dunn wrote about the incident on Facebook.

"Pulled over outside Atl because he said my window tint was too dark. During the stop he asked a lot of personal questions, said I had the characteristics of people transporting drugs & guns. So he searched my car and gave me a warning for my tint. Felt violated and I've had my car since '08, nvr been pulled ovr for tint. Taken back bc I think the reasoning was bad. Ruined my day but not my spirit."

He also tweeted that, "Funny thing is you can see inside bc my tint is not dark. It was cloudy and 5-0 was 20 yards behind at an angle."

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a spokesman for the Georgia state patrol didn't have any information on the incident, and Dunn couldn't be reached for comment.

Three weeks ago, former NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia for driving with a suspended license due to an outdated traffic ticket for tinted windows.
