Losing Marrone really sucks. I hope they don't hire somebody who is mediocre like most of the rest of the ACC have done.

"Big News!! I just got a voicemail (damn me and my leaving my phone on vibrate all of the time) from wmich's brother. wmich is in a stable coma right now. This is to be expected after brain surgery as it is done to help with swelling in the brain (that's my understanding anyway).

Brain surgery is obviously very serious and therefore, our friend is certainly not out of the woods. However, he has survived the surgery and is stable.

So we can all "toast" wmich clearing this first hurdle!!"

Well, when is Notre Dame going to show up? Down 28-0 at half and it has been all Alabama. Pitiful.

I don't hate them. But I do hate the fact that they just don't care about National relevance anymore. I have grown tired of waiting for that to change.

My loyalty is to UNC and the ACC now, all Catholic schools also. That decision is final.

Yeah, hopefully he will come out of the coma soon and be back to normal. I sure do hope so.

I am sure GT will get back one day.  Hopefully if the ACC can compete better, bring up ratings and get more money, that will help all the schools out more.

Really, the ACC has some of the best schools in the NCAA, but we need to get the right people to run the programs.

And that is the key. The ACC puts more players in the NFL than anyone but the SEC but our records suck. We need people to run our football programs that know how to win a lot more games - like Meyer, Saban and the like.

I am sure GT will get back one day.

They can start by getting some decent unis and getting rid of that acadamy coach!  grrrr!
