I like your starters, but I think we have to start Carmelo at the 4. I think that is his best chance to to get mismatches. My problem with my own idea is who to put at the three spot. Now here is my reasoning. I rather split Carmelo and Stat up, a second line of Kidd running the pick and roll with Stat, and outside shooters Novak and Smith would be deadly (at the 2 and 3). And put Camby with them for defensive purposes. So my first line would then be Felton/ Shump (when he returns)/ Brewer/ Carmelo/ and Tyson.
We needd to get Shump healthy and then I would like to see
Felton
Shump
Mello
Camby
Chandler
Our bench
Kid
Smith
Novak
Thomas
Stat
Brewere and Copland can spell people in fould trouble. With Camby and Chandler in the starting 5 it will help our defensive pressance and Mello will actually be a better defender with two legitimate shot blockers behind him in the post for help D.
I think Stat will do more damage at the 5.
He'll tear up the clubhosue if he isn't startingNo Fire estinguisher box is safe!!! Stat will break every one of his limbs unless he starts...it will be EPIC
I know this is random but I wanted to write it somewhere. In regards to that excuse of an analyst, Charles Barkley spewed his latest Knick bashing...Barkley is just a spiteful and bitter idiot...He rips on the Knicks like a 3rd grader with total bias and no real insight whatsoever. He'd find some way to criticize the Knicks if they won the title..oh and I don't recall "Sir Charles" ever winning one either. He should just shut up and be glad TNT is giving him a paycheck for doing nothing.
