Just a busy day at work for me. The C's just kicked the Lakers arse last night. No way to sugar coat it, no excuses. The C's stepped up and the Lakers didn't. 

I believe it was TLF that started the "Will the Celtics Lose Their Edge?" thread. I posted on their that as long as they have Doc Rivers coaching them and KG and Pierce on the team, that won't be an issue. If I didn't have so much respect for the C's, it would piss me off that I was right!! LOL!! 

I was here late last night taking my lumps and I'm back for more...Lakers stunk up the Garden last night no question...but we won the 4th quarter baby!!! GO Lakers!!!

You should be here, weaklink. As much as you like to make stuff up about me disappearing after a Celtics loss!  Everybody here knows I'm no groundhog.  Word.

The Lakers still have a couple of games in the next week or two that are almost guaranteed losses for them, but honestly in February and March I see a lot of winnable games for them where they could easily go 10-1 a couple of times. Not saying they will, but very possible if they keep playing like they have played for the last 8 games. The season is based on 23-27, it's based on 82 games. No one has made it to the playoffs yets

They cannot afford to lose to Portland or Houston no matter what.  Word.
