All in all, this is an outstanding group with a few serious ringers.  I am looking forward to a great season.  We will vote on format once CBS launches its baseball product so we can see what we are dealing with.  Make sure you all continue to check the thread from time to time so you don't miss any important communication. 

For all others who expressed interest, continue to check in a feel free to be part of any discussion topic on this thread.  We will be expanding at some point, probably next year.

Looks like we are set with 12. Varrys would have my support in case we need a replacement this year or we expand from 12 on another site. He is an active contributor. Don't know Bomb Threat.

As for site preferences:
I played both CBS and Yahoo free sites last year. All free sites have their limitation, but Yahoo is more flexible than CBS. The down side is that the Message Board is on CBS but that is not a deal killer. All my money leagues are CBS pay sites (which work great), but this being a non-money format, it probably makes sense for us to to use a free site. It is not hard to get up to speed on the Yahoo site if you are familiar with CBS.
I am OK with both. I am just thrilled that I will not be taking on the Commish responsibilities and we have the experience of Tlance and Rev Jim to lead this league.

That is appropriate that you put a question mark after "let's go Mets?"  Is David Wright fully healthy this year? 

I was a Mets fan for like 20 years, but got tired of watching them lose and trade away the farm while doing it.  I think the final straw was when they traded away Kazmir for Victor Zambrano. 
Now I can just enjoy watching baseball without the heartache.

Wright's healthy for all the good it'll do them.  2013 is pretty much looked at as another rebuilding year.  By 2014 they might actually have some money to spend.  Rev., I wish I could do that, but it just isn't possible.  Is it time for baseball yet? 

I'm interested, tell me more, if its a keeper or legacy league. I'm cozy with a league with an extended roster (30+). Steve

Mets fan here... alot of heartache.. Just 5 years ago I thought we were set for the next ten years with David and Jose.. Boy have times changed

Just checking in...............can't wait to get my ass kicked but what the hell...........I was a rook in FF before and it has turned out OK.
