Hanny for trout. Any other gm would've made it happen. I mean he was an ALL-STAR, don't teams understand that? Not to mention, relievers are the most vital part of any team. Hanny was an all-star, why didn't they get an all-star back? Did NH even try to turn "force trade" on??
I like when you make up things that you think I say. It's pretty funny, and way off. I just think you can do better than acquiring washed up, never-will-be, old minor leaguers for all-stars. You, apparently, think that is ridiculous.
Just lose, baby! Oh wait, there are some good minor leaguers somewhere in the system!

I agree. Lord knows you have never done anything like that...
SOG, you very, very rarely offer anything but defense of what the Bucs do and attack those who disagree. I mostly criticize one bad move after another, but at least I add something.Unfortunately, very, very rarely means i still offer more than you, which is absolutely nothing. Unless randomly dropping in sarcastic comments to reiterate the same point over and over counts as something.
I'm sorry you see no value in all-stars and feel they are worth the same as old, career minor leaguers.Didnt you just accuse me of putting words in your mouth? At least I was joking. Pretty hilarious that you are doing the EXACT thing you were just whining about literally a few posts ago.
I'm sorry if your feelings are hurt if I do no respond to each of your posts.Let me try to put this simply....I could care less if you do or do not respond to me. But if you take issue with my post, and I respond supporting my point against yours, and you ignore it to instead randomly bash a NH trade, you cannot turn around in the same thread and act like you actually contribute anything other than anti-NH BS at every corner. Which is exactly what I have been saying for a while now, and exactly why you constantly cry about me bashing you.
during 2010 draft...I was slightly perturbed during the draft and slamming NH for drafting a CF'er in rd 3 when we needed power,,,and really was pissed when he took Kingdon, another RH'd SP....a kid I was clammoring for was a 2nd rd talent who fell to the forth round, Hunter Morris out of Auburn, a white Prince Fielder looking kid (was my description)...a guy who's numbers improved thru out college and a plus glove at 1B and a big lefty for PNC.
Well he stunk his first taste in minors while Kingdom did well...and ROJAS WAS JUST A TERRIBLE PICK ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT...then and now...but not here particularly but another another site lambasted me (they're all NH sympathizers at the time, NH was the king of draft...
But lost track of morris...just saw him highlighted in artical...MVP of AA league last year...over 300 w/ 28 HR's ect...may even start w/ the big club this year but prob at AAA.
He may never make it but w/ the needs in our system at the time, drafting a CF'er w/ no power and another RH high schooler when a talent like this kid was sitting out there like a sore thumb...
Like the Gamache 3B in rd 6 when his own coach was expecting rd 20 instead of a a 1st team SEC SS (Mcelroy)who was to be taken starting rd 5 from the same team...where the SS hit for more power, average, OB%, OPS, and a true SS and clutch player...and knowing we needed a SS in a huge way in the system.
None of us know all these kids but the very few that I do know, and the way we've drafting around these kids...I still have ZERO confidence that NH has a clue...draft related past first 2 rds.
