All I know is that if Phil Simms was the best Giants QB to play for the franchise before Eli Manning, then the Giants didn't have any good QB's before Eli stepped foot onto the grass at the Meadowlands 9-10 years ago. Eli has easily broken many of Phil Simms' records, and Eli himself isn't exactly a stat machine.

He might have been the Giants best QB, if it wasen't for QBs Y.A.Tittle and Fran Tarkenton.
