Jus so we get this straight... You think a team that lost to New Mexico at home AND at New Mexico, barely beat Air Force in OT, lost to Colorado St, and lost to one of the ACC's weakest teams this year UNC, could possibly beat the Gators who are winning games by 35 to 40 pts on the road and only losses were to top teams by a combined 7 pts? Of course I'm referring to 4 ( almost 5 loss if Air Force had pulled through....lol) UNLV. You may get to play the Gators if you make the tournament if you can get past the first round. People are delusional...so entertaining:-)

Once again, I have to pause to defend my Big 12 real quick. While I realize they are "down" some this year and that other conferences are much more top heavy, they do boast 6/10 teams in the top 50 RPI (which the only other conf to have 60% of teams in the top 50 is the Big East). They are projecting as having 6 teams in, which at 60% of teams is actually leading all conferences. So while they are definitely not the best conference this year in terms of top teams, I can argue that they are one of the strongest conferences top to bottom. Outside the 6 projected to make the tourney is Texas and West Virginia which are young, talented teams that have under-performed but are still decent squads. My main point is that the teams that come out of the Big 12 WILL be battle tested and will surely shock some teams come March.Man, I've posted about the strength of the Big 12 on numerous threads and not so much as a single reply comment? Please someone, agree or disagree or add an opinion or something! Or was my arguement just that strong...
