Claussen Hot and Spicy Pickles

Best damn pickles I have ever had.  If you like spicy stuff, check 'em out.  These things are awesome! 

I mean, DAMN these things are good!  Nice kick too. 

Costco a while back was selling Famous Dave's BBQ, bread-and-butter pickles.  I despise crappy BBQ at Famous Dave's, but these were excellent. 

I'll try the Claussen.

I tried those but I don't like sweet pickles.  These Claussens are fantastic.  Much better than the Gedney Zingers.

If MBall had started this thread I would have thought purient interests were at work.

Me either.  Depise sweet pickle relish.  Love Kosher Dills. 

I typically like sour or hot.  Occasionally, I'll cut a large kosher dill down the middle and put in some habanero sauce.  Great stuff, if you've never tried it.

They are awesome. Still think for the standard grocery store pickel, non-spicy, Nathans are the best imo.

**** yes they are! I buy those 3 jars at a time and I especially like eating them with the baby bell Gouda cheese, for some reason. My wife eats the **** out of them too. Every once in a while you get a jar that's almost too hot to even be able to eat even one, though.

Actually, I came across these because my wife's brother bought some and said that he couldn't eat a whole piece. And, of course, I had to try one. Been hooked ever since.

Then you are just dumb.  For being the "applebees"  or "olive garden" of BBQ joints, its pretty damn good. 

Is it the best BBQ in the world?  No.  But its still pretty darned good.  The rib tips are bangin. 

I used to go Famous Daves in Hayward when that was THE ONLY Famous Daves in the country.  Damn good BBQ.  Now that the restaurant has gone viral, the quality has suffered a bit.....but still a good place to go to catch a rib dinner
