Any coach worth anything knows you have to play to the strength of your team and work your system around the strength of your players...He is not doing this with the Lakers...They have a ton of talent on this team and he continues to insist on running an up tempo offense when this team would be better suited running any other kind of offense...You have Pau and Howard yet in his system it makes it virtually impossible for both of them to thrive...Swallow your pride and run a system that suits the players you have on your roster...Hiring him was a huge mistake...The Lakers need to go on a massive run just to make the playoffs and with this roster they should be no worse than a 4 seed...
