Good luck to LSU they are just a couple dumb calls by Miles away from beating Bama the last two regular season games and being in the NC.

Mettenberger aint it, thats for sure. Great arm, but in the NCAA, you need more. He cant chew gum and throw the football/same time.

Miles has his issues but he can do one thing right, build a good defense.  But you are right, with a better QB last year and you beat Bama at minimum.  And once again you have top defensive player coming to Baton Rouge.  


I have a military buddy living in NOLA and I am hoping to make a LSU game this coming year.

I remember reading all over these threads how hyped up and amazing Mettenberger was suppose to be. LSU fans went nuts over him for some reason even though he sat behind Lee and Jefferson. I think that should have been the final warning, not that he sat behind Aaran Murray. Although I must commend him for exposing Alabama's D. 435 yards is no easy feat. I am sure that opened the door for TAMU.

On a lighter note, and almost assuredly not of any interest nationally, my Huskers hauled in a nice class.  Better than normal under Pelini. 

Last I knew, we won't forfeit any games when we are paired to play against an SEC team in the future.  Many may think we should, but we'll keep trying.

That is arguably the single lamest thing ever to brag about.


There is ZERO CHANCE we would ever throw a parade in Austin for the Sooners landing a top recruiting class.                

So again how do you know? Do you follow every tweet from every school from every alum? Do you know the names of every alum and every booster from every school in every conference? Why are your suspicions of the SEC so high? Other than the obvious that they win.


When alum tweet about taking money it makes news.  Especially when it is around signing day.  I am suspicious of the SEC because SEC alum are talking about the money SEC players receive. 


Now if you hear of B12 or P12 any others talking about "dont follow the money" around signing day, I will be suspicious of them also.  But as of right now the SEC alum are making the news.     

7 out of top 11 worst graduation rates? 7 out of top 11 criminal rap sheets? 7 out of top 11 NCAA violators? Ohh, recruiting...the stuff that really matters. ;)

2012 Prediction - It was LSU even without Honey Badger.  Most everyone was saying LSU is going to win it.

2011 Prediction -  Alabama was actually the highest in the preseason poll but we all know what happen that year... Alabama got to bypass the SECCG on onto the NCG. I hardly think that we can count that given how messed up this season was.
