Bleacher Report compared the Buckeyes recruiting class to each one of the SEC teams and the only SEC team that beat them was Alabama. Just so you know not a Bucs fan at all but found that very interesting/telling.

.........and OU fans dont get too excited, I also looked at your opponents SOS in the 40s, 50s, 60s, even 70s and 80s!

IT IS APPALLING!

EXCEPT FOR NEBRASKA IN THE 70 ,80, 90s and Texas for your 1time a year everything to gain, nothing to lose game, YOU PLAYED NO ONE < NO ONE I TELL YOU!

Lets not mention your BIG GAME BOB results in the last 15- 20 years!

Run away little boys, before I cant control myself and make you cry!

Ole Miss, LSU, Bama. UGA . Auburn, Vandy ,Tennessee all have as much and as long a history as the Sooners. Most of those teams started football programs when OKIES were digging out of the dust bowl.
HOW COULD THEY CHALK A FIELD TO PLAY FOOTBALL ON? LOL

Just because you feel it or say it does not make it true by any means. So as to why you feel the way you do, I have no clue...I refuse to believe that you are that gullible to think that heavily on ONE alumni tweeter account.

Anyways, I feel this conversation has ran its course. I am sure we will have a new debate soon enough. It seems like we keep hashing it out on every thread one or the other posts on. lol

You are right just my opinion, but Charles Barkley did help, but my opinion none the less.

I agree it has ran its course, good debate.  It is nice to debate with others on here that do not resort to name calling and trash.  I am sure we will butt heads again.  Good luck to Bama.

I'll give you Bama and Tennessee, but the others, no way.

son, you got yer head so far up yer arse, the fumes are making you stupid....

and as an aside, the Dust Bowl was in the 1930's. I'm pretty sure all of these schools were playing football before the turn of the 20th century.

I'm guessing history, among many other things is not your strong suit......

Thats right wheatie

LSU,bama ,UGA , Auburn among others started their programs  in the 1890s!

I am impressed, I didnt think you knew anything other than OKIE football.

Yes, i am aware of the time period the dust bowl blew thru, even though I know you probably  learned about it in 8th grade, I was banking on the fact you were at a rodeo or noodling  that day!   lol

Oh, and just so you STAY well rounded, look up LSU football before the 80s when most folks think they started. You may be surprised!

One tidbit I know you will like would be a Sugar Bowl victory by your Sooners coached by Coach Bud W.

OU started in 1895, so yer boys have a whole 2 years on OU, but lag way behind in what counts, but thanks, anyway......

One tidbit I know you will like would be a Sugar Bowl victory by your Sooners coached by Coach Bud W.

LOL, I've forgotten more about OU football than you will ever know, but again, thanks anyway.

As for the DB, I'm pretty sure I knew about it way before the 8th grade and if you really want to learn something about it instead of making flip comments, read the book, The Worst Hard Time. You might learn something and you'll get an idea of about how tough those Okies that stayed really were.....

As for noodling, there are only a few places I would willingly put my hand(s) into, sight unseen and a murky, muddy river, feeling around for big a$$ catfish is just not one of them.

And last, but not least, rodeoing, nah, but I've owned a couple of horses over the years and enjoyed riding, so does that qualify??????

All I know okies is we played you for the NC in 2003, you should NOT have been there, SO we CLOCKED that overated Jason White, took the ball away from him and shoved it down BIG BOBS MOUTH!

BIG GAME BOB turned in small time results, when it counted MOST again!

I will say it again, when you guys were putting up those gaudy numbers, you were playing NEBRASKA and Texas every year. The other 8 or 9 games were mainly against teams with losing records

and all I know is that you don't have a clue. maybe you shoud get one, sone day.

as for the 2003 game, yer boys were lucky to have won the game. LSU was gassed at the end and OU had a chance to tie or win, but just didn't get it done. It was no walk in the park for yer boys.....

and really, yer use of bold and caps is rather sophmoric. you relly think you intimidate anybody with your nonsense?

uh, no.

7 OUT OF TOP 11 BELONG TO THE SEC

February 10, 2013 11:27 am

We shall see. There has been only 4 schools to win 22 games over the past two years with Alabama being one and the other three being Oregon, Stanford and the Cocks****. Look out for them this year the ole ball coach will have a pretty good offense to go with the best defensive player in the country. Last time I checked the last game we palyed the Tide we kicked their tails so we shall see!
