Los Angeles Clippers vs Miami Heat Game Thread

I apologize for the blank post - Apparently game notes for this game havent been posted yet. Will post them when available.

Time for a little fun on this off day - I was browsing through twitter looking at the feeds of Marlins Beat Writers and they were talking about the All-Time Marlins Killers Roster - It speaks for itself. Players who have killed the team individually.

So, I thought we could do that for the Heat today - list the Names of All-Time Heat Killers. Going to try to come up with more stuff like this to keep the discussions going on the board from this point forward. Enjoy it.

Very funny avalon but also very stupid. Obviously, you did not understand the question - What I mean by Heat killers is guys on opposing teams who have torched the Heat in their careers.

At some other point I might bring up the topic of our own players we have had that have brought our team down from within aka Michael Beasley. I have a series of topics I will try to bring up throughout the course of the season on days like today. 

Chris Bosh will be competeing in Shooting Stars Competition representing the Houston team. He will be the only Heat rep on AS Saturday. No one in the 3pt shootout which I was expecting at least Ray Allen or Mario Chalmers. The dunk competition and 3pt shootout will just suck again.

And as expected, as of today, Chris Andersen signed for the rest of the season.

Ronny Turiaf will be given his championship ring tonight.

This tweet by Ethan about the Fakers, of course.  Yeah, the Heat didn't gripe publicly and blame each other at that time they - as did the idiots and haters, just blamed the coach in that situation.

Flu going around the Heat. Bosh and Allen have it, Wade also not feeling good, according to team.

Hopefully either Wade or Bosh will be able to play. If both are out we are in big trouble since the Clippers will have their full roster for the first time in a long time.

Probably caught the flu in Toronto. I don't see why they couldnt play even with the flu but you never know with this team

Wouldn't you love it if they play with the flu and the entire team have the flu for sunday's game which would force the Heat to forefit the game?

At my job when a employee have a flu they tell us to stay home until they improve

Obviously when you have the flu, you should not be around teammates so I don't see how all 3 playing would be a smart move as it would just lead to more players getting the flu.

I'm pretty sure Allen and Wade got the flu due to Bosh still being around the team when he should have been home in bed

This flu crap they are pulling is probably one of the many phantom injuries they have made up since they came together as a way to excuse them before the game even starts of habing a bad game and not performing at the level they should - That, or, to make them sound like such heroes if in fact they play and play great despite the "flu" such divas.

Dwyane Wade will play - Chris Bosh and Ray Allen will not play. 

This means even more Shane Battier than usual and probably as a starter - But if he can play with the mindset he has the last couple of games where he is passing up the 3 for inside shots then that is fine... Cant afford to have him settle for shots like usual with two important guys out.

This mean either Jones or Miller will get Ray Allen minutes and I expect either player to be more productive than Allen.

Due to the Clippers height, I think we should go with Anderson and UD in the frontcourt instead of Shane and UD

But this coaching staff has a man crush on Shane Battier because he is such a "pro" and they see no wrong with him even when he is a useless liability to the team as he has been up until about 3-4 games ago.

Chauncey Billups to play  and start tonight.

Chris Paul also in the starting 5 for the Clippers. Havent read much on Blake Griffin yet
