Cuse senior forward James Southerland has missed the last 5 games due to an academic suspension. He has an appeal hearing coming up. What is really going on? Syracuse really needs this guy. He is a 5th year senior, kind of hard to imagine a guy, finally getting major playing time, doing anything to jeopardize a shot at playing pro ball. I personally don't think Cuse can survive the 1st weekend of March Madness without him, so my realistic hope for this team is really riding on Southerland coming back. What's the scoop??
Cuse senior forward James Southerland has won his appeal and will play today vs St. John's. Very good news for Jim Boeheim and the Orange. Skys the limit with JSouth back in the fold.
