Your dream coach?

If your team had to get a new coach, which realistic candidate would you want them to hire? And I mean, realistically, so don't say Jim Harbaugh, cause he is not going anywhere.

And yes Bama fans, we get it, you love Saban, yay for you.

I would want David Shaw or Jim Caldwell.....but I think I am leaning more towards Caldwell. Dude has a SB ring, tons of NFL experience. Kids would line up to play for him.

I have to say, Richie would had given the rest of his hair to have the success Rex had. Richie has the all time worst winning percentage in NFL history.

Larry Kehres of Mount Union.  He's 332-24-3 in 27 seasons with 11 national titles and 23 conference championships.  He's 230-8-3 in conference play and 77-12 in NCAA playoffs.  He's at least made the semi-finals in 18 straight and in 20 of the last 21 seasons.  The Purple Raiders have lost only 2 regular season games since 1992.

Why he never took a job in a higher division is beyond me.  Maybe he was offered jobs elsewhere, but decided to stay and turn his alma mater into the dynasty we see today.  Maybe nobody though to try to hire him.

that guy is money, and what is amazing about him is, he will change his offense and defense all the time. I read a great article on him, I believe on Grantland.com Yeah, I don't get why he has not moved up. By now is way too late for sure. I guess he was really happy in Mount Union.

Hmmmm

Mike Tomlin

Bill Belichick

and yeah its probably not going to happen again but I would in a heartbeat take PC back. Obviously there are some things that he wouldnt be able to do that he had going on his first time around but the guy was good at what he did on the field bottom line.

He was great, hall-o-famer. Believe He gotz to the big dance on 4 seperate occassions-all losses. Sad, as I am a lifetime fan because of him. Still waiting for redemption that may never come in my lifetime. But hey, everyones gotta have a dream right?
