Forget any pretense about "fair and balanced".
It's like watching John Boehner clap during Obama's speech; its just keeping appearances.
Fox News should just go for it.
During a live speech, have some scrollers saying stuff like
"Bullsheet! We're not buying this!" 
"Lies! All lies!"
"That's not what this hyprocrite said 2 weeks ago!"
or
"Do you know who paid for Michelle's dress? YOU DID! Revolt!"

Just go for it.  Take the gloves off.
Make some stuff up.
Make it entertaining. 
Push the envelope.
Bring in more Democrat guests and have scrollers rolling on the screen unaware to the guest.
Show an oil spill with happy dolphins in it.
Show a pizza delivery guy at Romney's mansion and they tip him a dollar.
Have Ted Nugent rip Obama for pardoning a turkey.
Illustrate how foreign labor makes spoiled teenagers happy.
Make a reality show of hunting border jumpers.
I feel like they have this 5% of "journalism integrity" gnawing at them and that 5% needs to go away.
Just own it already.  Anything worth doing is worth overdoing.
Maybe it would start a fight or something.
