Last i checked this was college boards, not NBA. I could really care less what a player does once they leave college. The fact of the matter is, thabeet had over 400+ career blocked shots in only 3 years, thats not even including the ones that were never taken for the simple fact that he was there. He's a two time DPOY. Laugh all you want, but he was one of the best shot blockers of the past decade, and number 19 all time. Plus if anything it is even more impressive given the conference he was in. He excelled in a very good conference.

On a side note, KU fans, we really need to stop over-inflating Mario Chalmers' value based on the shot he hit against Memphis. He was absolutely a terrific player for us for several years, but he wasn't even the best player on those teams, that was Brandon Rush. You can make the argument that he deserved to be the first one to have his jersey retired, based on that shot, but by no stretch of the imagination does he deserve to be called KU's greatest shooting guard ever.

Rush scored about 1.3 more points per game, better rebounder and better 3-point shooter. Chalmers was more adept at assisting, way more effective defender (2.6 to 0.7 steals per game) and the turnovers are comparable. When you look at AST:TO ratios, Chalmers is much more effective.

While Chalmers scored less he was more efficient with his field goal opportunities. We're making a dream team here and that's why I picked Chalmers as my SG. Efficiency and Defense. I already chose Pierce, Manning and Chamberlain as my key offensive guys. Chalmers is a perfect supplement.

And based on the stats, I personally think Chalmers way out performed Rush.

Well if its any team put together from one school, easy, the Tarheels....Jordan, Worthy, Ford, Daughtery, and Scott.....no question
