I have the right to the opinion because it's an effing opinion and it's mine.
So what is it? Why can they be considered "better" than LeBron by you despite the fact that all of them combined haven't come close to accomplishing what LeBron has. Yet, for LeBron to be considered as good as other people he must actually equal or surpass their records?
If Jordan didn't give a damn, he'd keep his mouth shut. Problem is: Jordan does care. Even today. He is more than a "competitor" he is obsessed with his ego. Crazy, but true.Hey moron, it was his 50th birthday conversation. When he was asked who was better, he actually wanted to pick Kevin Durant. Because his Greatness himself even knows that Durant isn't half the drama queen of either Kobe or LeBron.
Jordan did more than anyone in his time; yet he can't let go. It doesn't matter who is better or who isn't, Jordan won't believe anyone is ever better than him. If Lebron win 7; he'll change his argument to rings in years. LOL Jordan is just that kind of guy. I think it actually bothers him when folks say Lebron is the best and might be the best ever.
As for Hakeem vs Shaq, I'd go with Shaq. Although you truly cannot go wrong with either guy. Shaq was just a beast to contend with.

He is just another basketball player, he isn't head and shoulders above everybody else, and he jokingly picked Durant, watch the video again...
If it was such a joke, why isn't anyone laughing? The Chicago area native in me knows for a fact there was some seriousness in that...You serious? Jordan and the other guy were both laughing when he said that, and just because you are a Chicago area native doesn't make you know Jordan any more than someone living across the country. You act like you personally know Jordan...
You act like you personally know Jordan...Probably more than you could ever dream of...
im not talking about lebron being better than mj. he isn't, no doubt. im talking about your claims that Blake Griffin, westbrook and harden are better than lebron... for some reason you keep running from the question at hand by making obvious statements like mj is better than lebron. never said he wasn't. so back to my question, on what basis are any of the previously mentioned players (not mj) better than LeBron
This is Griffin's third year in the NBA and he is definitely better then what Lebron was in his third year - that's what I am saying. I am sorry if that butt hurt your feelings though - but I am not a Lebron nuthugger - lolAgain.... based on what? Seriously? Definitely better than LeBron's third year in the NBA? LeBron's third year in the NBA he averaged 31.4, 7 and 7 as a 21 year old. Blake Griffin at 23 isn't even close to that.
