While I agree with what you are saying about the worth it, what were our options.  Surge, stabalize as best as possible and get out.  Cut and run and leave god knows what.  or stay as is forever.

Lynch is a S.Boston guy.  Little bit of a checkered past.  Local 7 Iron workers Union.  A lot of reasons for me to not like him.  He is however not an idealist liberal.  He is one of those North East, Conservative Democrats. 

Every time the issue of employee concerns came up, they always said, "Lets Mitt-Romney them". 

Oh, I forgot to mention. Every time someone suggested that this Huge Retail Chain buy and sell American made Goods and Services, (rather than be the distribution and marketing arm of Communist China), they replied, "screw that, middle America, We're gonna "Mitt- Romney" the American People"

The two are very intertwined.  You have to know Local 7, which i grew up heavily connected to.

I know nothing about him but he will vote the same as Warren and I am happy about that.  But I would have liked to see Barney in the Senate, even for a short period.  He would have been another Bernie Sanders.
