Clinton wasn't well-liked by his opposition in Congress, but he knew how to work a few compromises.  Now, that was a more unified Republican side and a more capable president, so I have strong doubt Obama can finish as well as Clinton.

The greatest President in my lifetime has been re-elected.

The more I think about how far this country has come in the last four years, and the places to where Obama will lead us for the next four ... o my the head spins.

Of all the great achievements, maybe the greatest of all was repeal of DADT, in the short time since its repeal, can anyone really make a case any longer why it should be reinstated?

Or maybe it was the Ledbetter act ? Or killing Bin Laden? Or maybe saving the auto industry?
I could go on and on ....

I am not sure I want to say this because it may be an oversimplification of things but it is a fact nonetheless:



After all the posturing, policking and billions in money spent, the ONLY difference between this race and the one four years ago is two states!  NC and IN are the only two states to switch to the republican side.  That tells me two things.  First the country is NOT solidly behind the president and second, the republican party does not have a message that is well recieved.
