Did the prosecuter just walk in and say they didn't have any evidence on him for murder so they will ask him to plea out on obstruction? Yea. Pretty much. It was bvious they didn't ave anything on Ray Lewis and that he probably should'v never been charged. So he offered a lesser charge rather than put it in the hands of the jury. |

Never put it in the hands of a jury. They are far more honest than lawyers.
