Poor Tom. I guess he must have been feeling great when he finished the first round with the 63, but when Jack finished with 63 later that same day, he was done. He has some sort of complex when it came to Nicklaus, he truly believed he could NOT beat Jack.
OUTSTANDING. After seeing Tom Weiskopf play at Nicklaus's Memorial Tournament, I realized that I had absolutely no chance to become a professional golfer. I personally saw Weiskopf literally biting his nails when on the greens with Jack Nicklaus. Real intimidation factor!
