I also watched it again. They showed so many angles of it and Crabtree was just as guilty of PI as Dmith was if not more. You can clearly see Crabtrees hand on Smith's helmet and pushes him to the ground. Unfortunately I believe the ball was too far out of bounds and it was and would have been ruled uncatchable. Phil Simms ran his mouth so much he changed his own mind on the play. If you ask Mike Pereira he also said it was a NO call and the correct NO call was made.

Not sure if this is the same maniac from the old AOL boards, but either way congrats to the Ravens and their fans on another SB title. Have to say with Modell dead and not the owner for nearly a decade and Billick doing what he should be doing (not coaching), this one didn't have quite the same meaning as the last one for me. I did not find myself openly cheering against Bmore this time.  didn't really care who won.

As for the play in question, I don't know if it was the right call. One of those that could have gone either way. I wouldn't have thought the ref was wrong had he called PI or holding. However, I would add the fact that the ball was uncatchable is irrelevant, as the call probably would have been holding.
